2006 Tier I UTC Program Grant Competition (up to $3M over three years)

June 1 - Request for proposals issued
August 15 - Applications due
September 29 - Selections made

NOTE: the UTC Program's authorizing legislation allows an institution of higher learning to receive only one Regional, Tier I, or Tier II UTC grant at a time. Winners of the Regional grant competition will be ineligible to receive a Tier I grant. Institutions named in the legislation to receive Tier II grants may compete for a Regional or Tier I grant, but if selected then must choose which grant to receive.
